Chemical storage includes the use of a Chemical Cabinet. Chemical cabinets are used for safe storage of chemical substances in the laboratory. These cabinets are made with fire resistant material (steel) and have a steel tray in case of spillage. ==Guidelines== Like materials are stored with like in these cabinets. Breakable containers, especially liquids are stored beneath solids to prevent leakage. No more than 250 liters of flammable liquid can be stored in the chemical cabinets and they must never be stored with oxidizing agents or any other incompatible solvents.
